Responsible for HR, accounting, CFO, CEO, COO, hiring, marketing. Rare vacations. Awaken at 2a by thoughts about what could go wrong tomorrow.

Constant stress. Unexpected expenses. Employee turnover. Financial uncertainty. Personal sacrifices. Long hours. Missed opportunities. Mental exhaustion. Physical burnout.

Debt. Bankruptcy. Failure. Shame. Regret. Lost time. Lost money. Lost relationships. Lost dreams.
